FREE Blood Pressure Checks

The NHS Community Pharmacy Blood Pressure Check Service supports risk identification and prevention of cardiovascular disease (CVD).

This service will:

• identify people over the age of 40 who have previously not been diagnosed with hypertension (high blood pressure), and to refer those with suspected hypertension for appropriate management.
• promote healthy behaviours to service users.
• refer people identified as likely to have high blood pressure to general practice, for ongoing care to manage their blood pressure.

Skipping your daily medication can put your health at risk. You may forget to take your pills, they may be disorganised, or you may have run out.

You're not alone. There are currently around five million patients in the UK taking four or more medications, with a considerable number of patients requiring further help to comply with their prescriptions.

Let us help you reduce the risks of non-adherence by preparing, organising, and delivering your pills straight to your home.

All packs contain all the medication you are prescribed arranged into the days and dosage times so you always know when to take your medication.

Free Prescription Delivery Service

If you suffer from a long-term illness, or care for someone who does, you may be reliant on regularly prescribed medication. Often, the process of ordering your prescription, collecting it from your GP and then waiting for it to be dispensed at your local pharmacy can be time-consuming. You also may be looking to limit your journeys at the moment, or have no one available to pick your medication up for you. We understand this; that us why we are offering to take the pressure away with our free prescription delivery in Birmingham. If you are finding it hard to get out at the moment, or are having to shield, your well-being is our top priority. Our completely free delivery service allows you to arrange collection and delivery of your repeat prescriptions directly to your door!
